We started with one pancake griddle
Maison Vivante began as a single live pancake station at a friend's wedding. Guests queued twice. We realised the food people remember is the food they watch being made.
Where we are today
Today we run a full collection of interactive stations — pancake, candy, fries, ice cream, dessert and chocolate — for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across the Bay Area.
Each station is staffed by our own team, styled to match your event, and built to keep guests moving and smiling rather than standing in line.
Where we're going
Our vision is a complete catering house — savoury courses, plated dining, a full bar and beverage programme — with the same interactive spirit at its centre.
